These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1xwin ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1xwin platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment processing functions, promotions, customer support and any other services offered through https://1xwin.im ("the Platform").
By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 1xwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
The 1xwin Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration. We do not knowingly accept registrations from, or permit access to, anyone under the age of 18. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player prior to verification may be withheld and the account permanently closed.
It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the 1xwin Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. 1xwin does not guarantee that the Platform is legally accessible in all locations, including in all regions of Pakistan. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation or ordinance in your jurisdiction. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 1xwin Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses or mobile numbers – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts in accordance with Section 11.
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. The Company may require documentary evidence to verify the information you provide. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xwin account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All transactions carried out using your login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 1xwin of a suspected security breach by contacting our support team.
You must notify 1xwin immediately via live chat or the contact email if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. In such circumstances, the Company may temporarily suspend the account while the matter is investigated. The Company bears no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes. Using the Platform for commercial gain, systematic exploitation of bonuses, arbitrage betting in a manner that constitutes abuse, or any other commercially motivated purpose not contemplated by these Terms is prohibited.
1xwin accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa debit card, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via mobile wallet (JazzCash and Easypaisa) are typically credited to your 1xwin balance within minutes of the transfer completing on the wallet side.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the Cashier section. The Company processes withdrawals in accordance with applicable verification requirements. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are processed same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Processing times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances outside the Company's control.
Prior to processing a withdrawal, the Company may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This requirement exists to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until documents are received and approved.
All 1xwin accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside the Company's control and are your responsibility.
From time to time 1xwin may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers or other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Each Player is entitled to claim a promotion once per household, IP address and payment method unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to deny or revoke any Bonus in cases of suspected abuse, multi-accounting or breach of these Terms.
All bets and wagers placed on the 1xwin Platform are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or event type, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. By placing a bet you confirm your acceptance of those rules. The Company's decision on the settlement of bets is final in the absence of manifest error.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, miscommunication of odds, or any other error that results in an incorrect outcome or pay-out, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. This right is exercised at the Company's discretion and is subject to review. Where a game result has been officially confirmed and funds disbursed in good faith, reversal may not always be possible.
The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amounts, maximum pay-outs and maximum winnings per game, per day or per account at its discretion. Such limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the relevant game or sportsbook interface.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct whilst using the 1xwin Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
All content on the 1xwin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code and audio-visual material, is the property of 1xwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xwin shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which the Company accepts no liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1xwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from the Account Settings section, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days) and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is applied, the Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure that marketing communications are not sent to the excluded account and that access to the Platform is prevented for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by creating new accounts.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; or for any other reason the Company deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request in the absence of any breach, the remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method.
1xwin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were most recently made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1xwin is licensed and regulated. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1xwin's customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be submitted to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures of the applicable regulatory authority.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.
